(no subject)

ugh. Is there a program like Windows Character Map for Mac? I tried googling, and all I can find is info on the character palette or Font Book, neither of which helps me, from what I can tell. I need something that will show me all the characters in a font and then let me copy the one I need, or at least show me what the character is - I'm working with a dingbat set, so I can't just say, 'oh, I need an A with an accent' and type it out. I need to know what the character key is! arrgh, so frustrating. stupid macs. >:(

(no subject)

It's been a week of ups and downs, hasn't it? But the weekend is here, and I'm gonna try to focus on the ups. To that effect:

1) antheia wrote a Dubi/Zherdev fic that may have made me roll around in glee. Just a little.

2) I've uploaded a crapload of videos to Youtube. Mostly Rangers-oriented, but there are also interviews from Ovechkin, Mike Green, and Jarome Iginla.

3) a song for everyone. It just came on and pretty much inspired this whole feel-good post, so I thought I should share.
