I should probably update more often, but. well.

- I've been sucked into watching Arrow. It's not a good show, but it's highly entertaining and I keep having geek-out moments.He calls his sister 'Speedy!' Laurel is Dinah Lance! They talk about her fishnets! Bludhaven! Although, I'm still a little thrown off by the fact that, six or so episodes in, I think this Green Arrow has already surpassed the body count of the comic book one. but I guess that's TV for you. It's ~*gritty*~.

- Saw Skyfall on Saturday (with nu_breed and vileseagulls!) and. omg. OMG. IT WAS AMAZING.JAVIER BARDEM WAS THE BEST BOND GIRL VILLAIN EVER. He was just. unf. UNF. Even with the ridiculous hair, which I didn't really understand but okay, this is your life, these are your choices, Silva.

I am a little disappointed, though, because as of this writing, there are 174 Bond/Q fics on AO3 - which, yes, pretty and snarky banter and I'm all for it too - but there's only, like, a handful of Bond/Silva. WHY MUST YOU DISAPPOINT ME, FANDOM? sigh sigh.

- NHL lockout is still in full effect, and I've resigned myself to the fact that we're not getting hockey this year, BUT I AM STILL GOING TO SEE SOME OF MY BELOVED RANGERS EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! There's a charity game in Atlantic City this Saturday and you know I jumped on tickets as soon as I found out. omg. OMG I AM SO EXCITED. They might have to peel me off the glass.

UGH. The connection in there was so shitty and I couldn't remember your twitter name - I knew it was similar to lj, but not the same. BOOOO. but did you have fun? It was so so awesome, but now I miss hockey even more than before. :(

OMG yeah that connection was the worst. I never really got around to wandering, anyway, so no worries! It was sooooo much fun (and holy SHIT Lundqvist), though I am so with you on missing it even more.
