How does a big bang work? I would run one, but i don't know anything about it.

well, you get writers to sign up, and you pick a date for them to send in a rough draft of their fic, and then you post the summaries of all the fics and the artists get to choose one, and then about a month later, people start posting fic and art. um. I think that's about it.

We need a Xmas exchange. It's one of those mandatory things for each fandom. ;)

Now, I have to decide how to do it, because I really don't want to run a slash and het exchange at the same time and mixing them might drive me insane. I might just give up and do a slash one.
