I'm sorry your book series experience was a disappointment. It's always so frustrating when something with a lot of potential lets you down -- especially when it's a world that seriously deserves to rock. I've been thinking about reading the Spirit Walker series, but I hear such mixed things about Elliott's writing that I haven't been rushing to find copies.
I could probably call my memoir something like "ARGH SO MANY THINGS TO READ HOW DO I EVEN". *headdesk*
