ok, I just got an Android phone, so if you have any app recs, please to be handing them over. Also, which is the best ereader? Because, y'know, I should probably read my dirty hockey porn on my phone rather than the ipad I use for work.

Yay, Android! I'm still fairly new to it, myself, and only have really started exploring the apps myself. In fact, I haven't even looked into an e-reader yet, but should probably do that, too.

One thing I will say I have learned is to install apps to the SD card whenever possible (some won't let you), because I just had to spend a lot of time transferring stuff from the phone memory to the SD card when I loaded music on.

Oh! The WinAmp app seems really good, and supposedly will synch by WiFi with your computer music library. I couldn't get it to work right, but that was my issue, not the fault of the phone or the app.

Android keeps running processes even after you close out of the app window, sometimes, so I use the Advanced Task Killer, which closes running apps for me automatically at a set time, and thereby saves tons of battery and memory and processing power for me!

Also, Angry Birds of course. And Quickoffice is helpful.

The Nook ereader software is my MOST FAVORITE.
