Two things that were OMFG AMAZING:
- MEAT LOAF AND BARRY BOSTWICK, HI HI HI I SEE YOU THERE ON MY TV COMPUTER SCREEN.
- I didn't know how much I had needed John Stamos singing "Hot Patootie" in my life until I had it.

Three things that were still pretty damn awesome:
- I was bummed that a guy wouldn't be playing Frank N Furter, but good lord, Mercedes is freaking amazing. And, really, in our society, a fat chick in that outfit is just as subversive as a guy in it (see: the disgusting blog post that was on the Marie Claire site.)
- I will never ever EVER tire of Brittany and Santana's relationship, whatever it may be.
- Kurt was uber-creepy as Riff-Raff, but so so perfect.

The bleh:
Will is such a creeper. I was creeped out by him the ENTIRE EPISODE. First, with the whole set-up of trying to steal Emma, and then the plan to play Rocky? Just to show off his bod? and he was going to sing that with Rachel, a student? ugh ugh UGH UGH UGH. GTFO THE SHOW. booooooo.

Agreed, so much. Barry Bostwick and Meatloaf showing up was awesome, I was unspoiled for it so squeed when I saw them.

Kurt was awesome as Riff-Raff and Mercedes blew my mind yet again. The entire cast pretty much was amazing as RHPS characters, well except Lea Michele, she is boring.

I just pretend Will doesn't exist, so much creepiness from him.

yeah, I might have squeed out loud when they showed up - I was unspoiled and don't bother with watching the credits, so that was a happy surprise!

Such a happy surprise! I had to rewind just to be sure I wasn't hallucinating.

Normally Will doesn't bother me because the show is so campy and not based in reality, but this week the writers crossed a line with the stealing of the Rocky roll.

It just...bleh. How did anyone - either in the show's 'verse or in reality - think that would be a good idea?

In other news I loved Kurt and Mercedes and the ENTIRE side plot with Finn and Sam. AWESOME.

maybe they figured since it was a Halloween episode, he should be extra creepy? Note to writers: WRONG KIND OF CREEPY.

The whole Finn/Sam thing *fascinated* me. Thank god for the kids (and Sue) because otherwise this show would be unwatchable.

John Stamos is so enjoyable! Is Carl supposed to be unlikable because I'm sorry, he's pretty cool.

I really liked Mercedes's performance a lot but you know how I feel about Sweet Transvestite and I did not really like her singing. Too shouty. :-(

What is wrong with Will besides EVERYTHING?

I don't understand how Carl could possibly be unlikable. He's so CHARMING. If anything, he just makes Will more unlikable, which I didn't think was possible. JOHN STAMOS IS MAGIC.

yeah, I didn't like her actual singing of it, but the whole idea of it, I loved that. especially with Brittany and Santana all rubbing up on her. APPROVED.

I loved Kurt as Riff-Raff and while I thought Mercedes was great and yes, it worked on some level (because seriously, you just can't have anyone other than Tim Curry play Frank'N'Furter) ... it kind of ruined the overall message of Rocky Horror.

I really want to know why Puck has been AWOL the past couple of episodes. (I mean, I know the show explanation, but why in reality? I should probably google it.) Because I really really REALLY wanted him to play Frank N Furter when I first heard they were doing RHPS. I don't know if it actually would've happened, but I like thinking about it. :)

ahahahah I did this research b/c Lori and I WANTED TO KNOW WHERE WAS THE PUCK as well; apparently Mark Salling wanted to do some promo with his band or something, and because the showrunners/Fox were annoyed with him for that, they wrote him out of two episodes? It sounds hokey but given that all of Sam's lines in the Rocky Horror ep sounded exactly like Puck, I'm inclined to agree!
