Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus is a glorious movie. GLORIOUS. Everyone involved needs to be nominated for an Oscar ASAP - that includes you, Tiny Juggernaut!

Although - and it kind of makes me want to headdesk typing this - I do have to give the folks in charge of this movie props because not only did they not make the Asian guy evil, they made him the lead love interest. and not in the neutered way Asian guys often are allowed to be romantic leads. He actually got to be kind of badass - in a nerdy marine biologist kind of way - and had a sex scene. With Deborah Gibson, no less!

Kind of sad when direct-to-DVD movies can do this, yet fuckin' big studio productions completely shit the bed.

I believe the only reaction I could have to that movie when I first came across it was THE SHARK ATE THAT BITCH OUT THE SKY and laughing until I almost died.
