Give me more Top 5 topics! Yes? YES! Doesn't have to necessarily be fannish, either.

(if you commented there with a 'five things' kind of request, I'll get to them eventually, but I've actually got a long list of five things requests to go through. but I will get to them. soon. hopefully.)

Here are the first few:

1) Kirk/McCoy - When Jim's still trying to accept that he's been grounded, and Bones walks away and doesn't get more than a few steps before realizing, no, he can't actually leave Jim behind. Just. GOD. How do people not see how in love they are?

2) RayK/Fraser - omigod SO MANY. But I don't think anything can top them riding off into the sunset together.

3) Jin/Sun - their reconciliation before Jin leaves; their reunion; that whole flashforward/flashback episode that I aldkadak'dad; HATED because it ripped my heart out

4) Remus/Sirius - well, there's the whole 'embraced him like a brother' moment, and living together at Grimmaud Place, and co-gifts to Harry.

5) Jean Grey/Scott Summers - pretty much the entire Dark Phoenix saga.

As for tropes, I feel like a lot of the popslash ones have become standard for fandom, like genderswap or wingfic. But I would LOVE for someone to do a ST version of the On the Bus series.

1) SPN/Reaper - I feel like I've been wanting this forever, although what I wanted is kind of pointless now - Sam Winchester and Mr Oliver working together on a way to get Sam Oliver out of his deal and Dean out of hell.

2) Pushing Daisies/Dexter - It'd be AWESOME.

3) Star Trek/Due South - This was asked for on the kink meme, but hasn't been filled. :(

4) NHL/DwtS - Not *really* a crossover, but Jeremy Roenick NEEDS to be on Dancing with the Stars. He could partner with Chelsie, and after a particularly awesome dance, she can say, "It's not so much me as it is Roenick."

5) Arrested Development/Star Trek - No, really, just stop and think about Buster and Lucille on the Enterprise. HILARITY.
