Apr. 24th, 2011 08:24 pmlessee, LJ...this weekend I:
- had my heart broken by hockey (Caps friends, I love you, but not a word)
- went to an awesome awesome wedding where the bride wore sparkly red Converses with her dress, and her first dance with the groom was to "Blitzkrieg Bop". and then we all danced for about eight hours straight, intermingled with impromptu karaoke. That wedding was how all weddings should be: an excuse to have a ridiculous party with all of your friends.
- then had to get up way too early (for me) to go to the grandma's for Easter. Had lamb for the first time and disgusted myself out of eating it by thinking 'I bet this is what human flesh tastes like.' (it tastes WEIRD, ok?)

Biggest surprise for me is that a hockey RPS fic is in the top 10. I'm guessing it's because the Blackhawks are one of the most popular teams in the fandom, and nobody EVER WRITES SHARP/BURISH. WHY? They're so perfect for one another! sigh sigh.
I'm still trying to decide about putting the lotrps and popslash on there. I probably will put most of them, but trying to decide on a few if I should just let fade away into the ether.
